To help keep everything running fairly and smoothly for everyone, here’s a quick reminder of how we can work together:
✅ A little heads-up helps a lot! If you ever need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please give me at least 24 hours notice. It gives me time to offer the space to someone else and keeps the day flowing nicely.
🌦️ About the weather: Your horse’s safety (and yours) always comes first. If the weather makes riding unsafe (like icy ground or storms), I may need to postpone - no charge, of course. If it’s just a bit soggy but still safe, we’ll carry on. If you’d rather not ride in the rain, that’s totally fine - just follow the 24-hour notice and we’re golden!
⚪ Short-notice cancellations (under 24h) These are really tricky to fill, so in those cases the full fee will still apply. It’s never personal - it just helps me keep things fair for everyone and my business ticking along ❤️
